photo horseI shot literally a thousand images of the TPMU and this is one of my favourites just because it was such a flukey thing to catch both horse and rider with the same grin. It never fails to crack me up. This is a crop of a larger image so you get the full impact of that toothy grin.. And although the Sgt. in the picture could have chosen a more formal and more serious shot for his trading card, he ended up choosing this one, which for me says volumes about the unit and how human and down to earth they are and why I enjoy working with them so much. As an aside, each card back has stats about the horse and rider and each officer got to have a little quote at bottom of the card. If I remember correctly this one was "Always look on the bright side of life"... Monty Python.
